Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CoachSync ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of CoachSync

CoachSync is a mobile application that helps athletes and coaches plan training, track nutrition, manage tasks and goals, review health and body composition data, use AI-assisted tools, and collaborate through messaging and shared profiles.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use CoachSync. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account.
• Use CoachSync in compliance with applicable laws.
• Not misuse AI features, messaging, or collaboration tools.
• Not attempt to access other users' data without authorization.

5. Coach-Athlete Collaboration Disclaimer

CoachSync facilitates connections between coaches and athletes but does not verify coaching credentials, qualifications, or professional status. Users are responsible for evaluating coach-athlete relationships and shared information. RG Soft is not a party to coach-athlete agreements.

6. Health, Nutrition, Training, and AI Disclaimer

Information, suggestions, and AI-generated content in CoachSync are provided for general planning and informational purposes. They may not be accurate, complete, or suitable for your individual circumstances. Always verify important decisions with qualified professionals.

7. Not Medical Advice

CoachSync is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use CoachSync as a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or mental health care. In an emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

CoachSync offers optional paid subscriptions (e.g. Galaxy plan) that unlock premium features. Subscription details, pricing, and billing periods are displayed in the app and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Play Store account settings.

9. App Store / Google Play Payment Handling

All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google. RG Soft does not directly collect payment card information. Refund requests are subject to Apple or Google refund policies.

10. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to CoachSync (e.g. meal logs, messages, profile information). By submitting content, you grant RG Soft a license to store, process, and display it as needed to operate the App, including sharing with connected coaches or athletes when you enable collaboration.

11. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use CoachSync for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the App.
• Upload malware or content that infringes third-party rights.

12. Intellectual Property

CoachSync, including its design, code, trademarks, and content (excluding user content), is owned by RG Soft and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission.

13. Third-Party Services

CoachSync integrates with third-party services (Firebase, RevenueCat, AI providers, health platforms, calendar services). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

14. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for other legitimate reasons. You may delete your account at any time. See our Support page for deletion instructions.

15. Disclaimers

CoachSync is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RG Soft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of CoachSync.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
